This site is a treasure trove of information for new and experienced referees.  Information is provided on managing the game, dealing with conflict, referee positioning and mechanics, and other useful topics that will enhance any referee's enjoyment and understanding of the game.

This site is a must-see for all referees.  This is the definitive source for game rules.  This also contains links to other sections of the FIFA world website.
